| Excellense in Leadership hosts James J. Keller |

OSHKOSH — James J. Keller, President and Chief Operating Officer of J. J. Keller & Associates, Inc., Neenah, will tell the story of “J. J. Keller . . . A Family Company with a Soul” at the fall Excellence in Leadership seminar on November 9 at the Oshkosh Convention Center. A life-time Fox Valley resident, Mr. Keller joined J. J. Keller full-time in 1968 and has held a number of positions within the company including pressman. He has degree in graphic arts and is certified as a Wisconsin Master Printer. Mr. Keller has been an integral part of the steady growth and success of J. J. Keller and the extensive community involvement for which it is well known. In 2008, J. J. Keller received the Wisconsin Manufacturers and the Wisconsin Family Business of the Year Awards. As an individual, Mr. Keller received a Philanthropist of the Year award for his community leadership in 2005. He is a director of the J. J. Keller Foundation, Inc. and directs the James J. and Rosanne C. Keller Family Foundation, Inc. Mr. Keller co-authored and published “The LeRoy Butler Story From Wheelchair to the Lambeau Leap” (sold 50,000 copies), founded the J. J. Keller Iditarod Racing Team in 2006, and is a Pro Walleye fisherman and charter captain. On November 9, he will share the story of J. J. Keller's growth and the spiritual focus that guides the family business. Early bird registration for the November 9 seminar is underway and will continue through October 10 at a cost of $35 per person or $250 for a table of eight, $310 for a table of ten.
