OSHKOSH — The Boys & Girls Club of Oshkosh was recently awarded a $20,000 grant from the J.J. Keller Foundation to support basic needs of youth ages 6 to 18-years-old through general operations.

The J.J. Keller Foundation was founded in 1991 and since then has funded numerous community projects and programs, all of which have positively impacted the lives of citizens throughout the Fox Cities.

“This grant will help us fund a number of our basic needs programs in 2010,” said Boys & Girls Club of Oshkosh CEO Marc Dosogne. “Basic needs cover everything from our meals and snacks program to hygiene assistance programs. We are grateful to J.J. Keller for their ongoing commitment to helping youth succeed and thank them for their kindness and generosity.”

With this grant, the J.J. Keller Foundation is investing in the local community and is at the forefront of helping the Fox Valley and Oshkosh recover from the economic downturn.

The Boys & Girls Club of Oshkosh would like to thank the J.J. Keller Foundation for helping fulfill the Club's mission of improving the lives of children and families.
